Which do you prefer? Are you the type who thrives working out with others, perhaps in a class setting? Or do you prefer to be on your own? There’s a third one, just one on one. Where you are with another but not a crowd.

I prefer working out alone. I have taken some classes years ago & incorporate some of the moves I’ve learned into my own routines.
