Refunds and terms
Every guide is a digital download, delivered instantly. Because of that, sales are final once a file has been downloaded and used at length.
If a file will not open, if you were charged twice, or if you bought the wrong guide by mistake, reply to your order receipt within 14 days and I will sort it out, including a refund where it is the right thing to do.
Your purchase covers personal use by one person on your own devices. Please do not resell, share or republish the files. If you would like to use a guide with a group or a team, get in touch first and we will find something that works.
Payments are processed by Stripe. Your card details are never seen or stored by Social Hideouts.
The guides are educational. They are not medical advice and they are not a substitute for care from a qualified professional who knows your history.
Privacy
The only personal detail this site asks for is your email address, and only when you ask for the free sample. It is stored so the sample can be sent and so you can be told when a new guide comes out.
Your address is never sold or shared. You can ask me to delete it at any time and it will be gone.
There are no advertising trackers on this site. Payments are handled by Stripe, which collects what it needs to process a payment under its own privacy policy.
Contact
For anything at all, questions, refunds, a file that will not open, reply to any email you have received from Social Hideouts and it will reach me directly.
I answer within two working days, usually sooner, and I read everything.
